The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival has revealed its full lineup for 2024, featuring some of the biggest names in music across genres and generations. The festival, which will take place over two weekends on April 12-14 and April 19-21 at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, will be headlined by Lana Del Rey, Tyler, the Creator, Doja Cat and No Doubt.
Lana Del Rey, who last performed at Coachella in 2014, will return to the festival with her critically acclaimed album Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd., which was released in 2023 and featured collaborations with Jack Antonoff, Billie Eilish and The Weeknd. The singer-songwriter is known for her cinematic and nostalgic style, blending elements of pop, rock, indie and folk.
Tyler, the Creator, who debuted at Coachella in 2011 with his hip-hop collective Odd Future, will also headline the festival for the first time as a solo artist. The rapper, producer and fashion designer has been one of the most influential and innovative figures in the music industry, releasing six studio albums, including the Grammy-winning Igor in 2019 and the chart-topping Call Me If You Get Lost in 2021. Tyler, the Creator has also made guest appearances at Coachella with other artists, such as Earl Sweatshirt, Schoolboy Q and Kali Uchis.
Doja Cat, who rose to fame with her viral hit “Mooo!” in 2018, will also make her debut as a headliner at Coachella 2024. The singer, rapper and dancer has become one of the most popular and versatile artists in the pop and R&B scene, releasing three albums, including the Grammy-nominated Hot Pink in 2019 and the platinum-certified Planet Her in 2021. Doja Cat has also collaborated with artists such as Ariana Grande, SZA, The Weeknd and Saweetie.
No Doubt, the iconic ska-punk band led by Gwen Stefani, will reunite for their first official performance in nine years at Coachella 2024. The band, which formed in 1986 and has sold over 50 million records worldwide, has released six albums, including the multi-platinum Tragic Kingdom in 1995 and Rock Steady in 2001. No Doubt has also won two Grammy Awards and four MTV Video Music Awards and has influenced many artists in the pop, rock and reggae genres.
The Coachella 2024 lineup also includes a diverse and eclectic mix of artists from different backgrounds, styles and eras, such as Peso Pluma, the Mexican singer who won the 2023 Latin Grammy for Best New Artist;
- Blur, the legendary Britpop band who reunited in 2015 and released their eighth album The Magic Whip.
- J Balvin, the Colombian reggaeton star who has collaborated with Beyoncé, Cardi B and Bad Bunny; Ice Spice, the breakout rap sensation who became the first female rapper to top the Billboard Hot 100 with her debut single “Ice Ice Baby” in 2023.
- Sublime, the influential ska-punk band will celebrate the 25th anniversary of their self-titled album in 2024.
- Lil Uzi Vert, the Grammy-nominated rapper who has been one of the leaders of the trap and emo rap movements; Grimes, the experimental pop artist who has been pushing the boundaries of music and art with her futuristic and visionary projects.
- Bizarrap is the Argentine producer who has revolutionized the Latin trap and hip-hop scene with his viral sessions and collaborations.
- Bleachers is an indie pop band fronted by Jack Antonoff, who is also a renowned producer and songwriter for artists such as Taylor Swift, Lorde and Lana Del Rey.
- Justice is the French electronic duo who have been one of the pioneers of the nu-disco and electro-house genres.
- Lil Yachty, the rapper and singer who has been one of the most colorful and charismatic personalities in the hip-hop industry; and many more.
Coachella 2024 will also feature art installations, food and beverage vendors, camping options, and other attractions and activities for festival-goers to enjoy. The festival, which is organized by Goldenvoice, is one of the largest and most prestigious music events in the world, attracting hundreds of thousands of fans and celebrities every year.
